The Plot/About the Story :
While sitting in a park, a small group of boys, all teenagers and all members of the same gang, witness an accident involving what appears to be an old man. He is not really an old man, however, but an alien from outer space. Like a number of other witnesses, the boys run to where the accident occurred; however, to their and everyone else's
amazement, the old man is nowhere to be found. It's as though he disappeared. After leaving the scene, the boys walk over to an old dilapidated house they use as their club-
house. In the middle of their meeting they hear a loud crash coming from the bedroom.
While searching the room, they discover the alien taking shelter. Realizing that he is on the edge of death, the boys discuss the matter and agree to call the police. However, after overhearing their discussion, the alien pleads with them not to do that. After inquiring as to how they can help him, the alien instructs the boys on just what to do.
Although astonished at his bazaar instructions on how to help heal him, the boys agree and do as he asked; after the 24th hour of administering aid and to the boys' astonishment, the alien is restored to health. In return for their help, he agrees to be a sort of teacher and mentor to the teenagers for a period of one year. The alien is called the Pedagogy. The boys are known as the Boys from Beal Alley Boulevard.
The Boys from Beal Alley Boulevard have neither a mother nor a father. They live in different orphanages spread throughout the town. The gang called the Boys from Beal Alley Boulevard was founded by their leader, Number K and their vice leader, Teddy. Each member feels that they are in need of additional attention, education, or direction. With the Pedagogy by their side, the boys will face a series of challenges including, sporting and school competitions, schoolyard bullies, bank robbers, a learning disability, and a very mean school principal. The challenges the boys face will test to and call forth their strength of character and quality of mind, particularly the virtue of courage;
certain situations and events will call forth certain characteristics that the boys are unaware that they have; and, if not possessed, certain situations and events will force them to develop and exercise certain characteristics; that is if they are to be successful in
meeting the challenges of leaving boyhood behind for that of young adulthood.
CAST OF CHARACTERS
Introducing the main character:
The Pedagogy
The Pedagogy is a thin dignified looking elderly man of average height and weight. However, his skin is as gray as a silver dollar; and he has a bald head that has such a high gloss shine to it that when you stand before it, you can almost see a reflection of yourself beaming from it. He's considerate, polite, but mildly unattractive; however, when he smiles his eyes light-up and his face becomes pleasing. When the Pedagogy looks at people he often does so with intensity and as though he were reading their faces as well as hearing their thoughts. The Pedagogy is a being with extraordinary intelligence and wisdom.
He has other abilities as well. For example, with regard to his biological and sensory capabilities, he demonstrate powers above that of ordinary people in that when injured, he heals far more quickly than others and without the aid of conventional medicine. In addition, he is far stronger than the average person. And his hearing and eyesight appear to be as sensitive and as keen as any creature found in the animal kingdom. His respiratory system is so powerful that his lungs are capable of taking in exceedingly large volumes of air and exhaling it, blowing away objects as large as automobiles and up
rooting small trees in the process. A unique species to our world, the Pedagogy is a space traveler; a universal ambassador and teacher, he is a strange but amazing being for a very distant place in the furthest region of outer space.
Introducing the additional main characters
These are the names, ages, and a few details of the other main characters: The main characters of the story are a group of orphans, they call themselves,
The Boys from Beal Alley Boulevard
(1) Number K, age 15; (2) Teddy, age 15; (3) Diaz Perez, age 14;
(4) Randy, age 14;
(5) Popsicle, age 13; (6) Meatball, age 13; and
(7) Chow, age 13.
Tommy Donaldson (or Number K as he is most often called) is the oldest of the Boys from Beal Alley Boulevard. He is a 15 year old American teenager of German ancestry who has lived in an orphanage for 5 years. His mother and father died in an automobile accident when he was 10 years old. He had no relatives and thus he became a ward of the state. Number K lives in an orphanage with 22 other boys who rarely get along together. Tommy Donaldson got the nickname Number K because the youngest boy in the orphanage at the time, who went by the name of Rudy, instead of calling Tommy Donaldson Number eight, (meaning the 8th boy admitted to the orphanage at the time of his arrival) pronounced it Number K. It caught on; and from that point on Tommy
Donaldson was nicknamed, Number K. He is a very courageous boy. However, in many instances, because of his hot-temper, this courage deteriorates into rashness or fool hardiness; he lack virtues such as prudence and patients when dealing with people and situations. Although he is unaware of it, he is also dyslexic.
Theodore Roosevelt Haskell (or Teddy as he is most often called) is a 15 year old African-American teenager. Teddy is a few months younger than Number K. Also an orphan, he is a recipient of charity from Baptist churches and a ward of the state. As his mother was giving him birth, she died during the delivery. Teddy's father died 8 years
later, on Teddy's 8th birthday. His father fell through a bedroom floor while attempting to help a neighbor get out of his house as it was burning down. Neither Teddy's father nor his neighbor made it out of the burning house alive. Teddy lives in an orphanage in an isolated part of the city, along with 42 other kids. His only living relative is his Aunt Lorain, an elderly woman who lives with a family and works as a housekeeper and cook. Teddy is a very intellectual and quick witted boy. By all accounts, he's a whiz kid. In many instances, however, his careful weighing of the pros and cons of a situation often deteriorates into procrastination.
Diaz Perez Martinez: Diaz Perez Martinez is a 14 year old American teenager of Latin American extraction. He traces his parent's ancestry back to Mexico, then Spain. He lost his mother when she was just 37 years old to cancer, which left him with no other relatives other than his father. Diaz Perez lost his father a year later as a result of a
work place accident on the construction site he was currently working at. Diaz Perez was 7 years old at the time. With no other relatives to be found in the United States, he was made a ward of the state. He lives in an orphanage made up of 50 other Children, all of Latin American heritage. Diaz Perez is a friendly and pleasant boy but at time exaggerates and is also boastful to a fault.
Stanley Dobbs: Stanley Dobbs (or Meatball as he is most often called) is a 13 year old teenager of mixed heritage. His father was African-American and his mother was of Russian and Dutch extraction. However, Meatball parents were not married. His mother never notified the father that she was expecting a child. Being young, confused, and
freighted, and under intense pressure from her family, which was very wealthy and involved in politics at the time, Meatball's mother secretly left her son on the steps of a church on an early Sunday morning. Meatball and Teddy Haskell live in the same orphanage. Meatball never knew his parents or what it's like to live with parents. Like Teddy, he is also a recipient of charity from Baptist churches and the state. Stanley Dobbs resembles a meatball in that he is round like one; thus he was given the nickname Meatball. His round shape is due to his insatiable appetite for food. Meatball is an
honest boy but he tends to overindulge. He also lacks tact; for he is likely to say whatever comes to his mind.
Randy Smith: Randy Smith is a 14 year old American teenager of Irish ancestry who has lived in an orphanage for half of his life. His mother died while giving birth to his sister, Cameron, who is 3 years younger than he. His father, who was a police officer, died in the line of duty. After their father's death, Randy and his sister went to live with their maternal grandmother who was their only surviving relative. Two years later, she died leaving Randy and his sister without anyone else to raise them. With just over a hundred other children, Randy and his sister ended up in the same orphanage, but housed in different units. He and his sister were made wards of the state. Randy has a strong sense of fairness, but he is easily frightened. When courage is needed most to resolve a problem, he often avoids it or runs away; therefore, he thinks of himself as a coward. He also suffers from low self-esteem.
Peter Long: Peter Long (or Popsicle as he is most often called) is a 13 year old American teenager of British and Italian ancestry. His father, one of the youngest pilots to enlist in the United States Air Force, was killed when his plane crashed. He died six months before Popsicle or Peter Long was born. Popsicle was born out of wedlock to a teenage mother, who purposely left him on the table of a public library in the middle of the day; shortly after the incident took place, he was taken to an orphanage and placed in the infant's unit as a ward of the state. Whenever he has the money in his pockets, he never passes up the opportunity to buy himself a couple of frozen Popsicles bars. For this reason, those who live with him gave him the nickname, Popsicle. Popsicle has a sunny and happy disposition. Unfortunately, he finds it difficult to face unpleasant things or situations. He lacks confidence in himself, and he is insecure. At times, he creates and lives in a make-believe world. He does so because it provides comfort and escape from the things that trouble him most.
Chow Lee: Chow Lee is a 13 year old American teenager of Chinese ancestry. He is a late addition to the Boys from Beal Alley Boulevard. Chow is the only member of the group who does not live in an orphanage. However, he only has one parent and no other relatives. He lives with his mother, in a small two room apartment. Because he has a parent, he is initially rejected as an orphan and thus is not thought of as a likely candidate by some of the members of the Boys from Beal Alley Boulevard. However, after some consideration and debate, the boys make him a full fledge member. Chow's virtue is patience and generosity. He is a team player. His short coming is that he is very shy and somewhat gullible.

Principal Peterlum is mean, pompous, and self-absorbed. He respects nothing but wealth and the privileged classes of society. CAST OF CHARACTERS

Steven Leroy Zienner :
Steven Leroy Zienner is a 6 feet, 2 inch tall, two-hundred and twenty pound entrepreneur and businessman. He is 56 years old. His father and mother were German Protestant immigrants who arrived in the United States in 1900. Steven Leroy Zienner was born in that same year. He grew up in Cleveland, Ohio with his father, mother, and older brother.
Except for Steven Zienner, they are now all deceased. Mr. Zienner became a multimillionaire before his 30th birthday. He built up his fortune to where he is now the 20th riches man in the United States. The only thing he consciously recognizes as important or worth doing is making money. As for the way he sees the world, love of mankind or philanthropy is for hopeless romantics; faith is for the naïve; politics is for the corrupt or the gullible; and, for the most part, people are simply vehicles of utility to him. In other words, you use them, they use you; just make sure you use them more. Steven Zienner started his company at the age of 22. He went from opening a small
meat market to eventually establishing large manufacturing plants. He made his fortune making and selling frankfurters and cold-cut luncheon meats to large chain supermarkets and local grocery stores throughout the United States. He owns plants in Stockton, California; Fargo, North Dakota; Cleveland, Ohio; and lastly in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Mo Clumsy: Mo Clumsy is a worker on the loading dock at Mr. Zienner's Mississippi plant, in Vicksburg. Mo is a strong and gentle 34 year old African-American man. However, when angered he quickly looses his temper. He is also very gullible and is easily manipulated and led astray.
Eric Clumsy: Eric is the slightly older brother of Mo. Experienced, intelligent, and practical, he quickly sees things that escape his brother's attention. Eric lives with Mo and Mo's wife, Susan, and their two kids.

The Plot/About the Story :
In Trapped Between the Extremes of Good and Evil, Lieutenant Detective Mark Guess, of the San Francisco Police Department, is on the most important case of his career. It is the single most important case any police detective can have. The stakes could not be any higher. Lieutenant Guess is in pursuit of a serial killer who has not only struck panic and fear in the City of San Francisco and the Bay Area, but across the nation at large; fear has also swept across other countries around the world. This serial killer is not the typical, garden-variety misfit or societal reject we've come to know and expect. He is, however, as close to being a portrait of absolute evil as a human being can be. He's not gruesome, repugnant, or even vulgar; he's a killer with distinction and class.
This international murderer is known as the 1414 Killer. After he kills his victim, he carves the numbers 1414 deep into his or her forehead. The numbers are a clue to his identity. After nearly two years of murders and dozens of victims, without having discovered so much as a single clue, law enforcement begins to doubt whether they'll
ever be able to apprehend him. But when he comes into contact with a woman of religious faith, his murdering spree appears to be at an end—at least Lieutenant Guess and law enforcement authorities think so. Unfortunately for them, however, in a series of unimaginable and unexpected twists and turns, the killer remains just outside of reach.
For the killer is aided by spiritual forces. And with demonic energies working on behalf of the killer and against the efforts of Lieutenant Guess, the job of bringing the 1414 Killer before the bar of justice becomes nearly impossible. In the midst of all that is occurring, Lieutenant Guess suffers a devastating tragedy. He finds himself engulfed in a personal crisis. And the 1414 murder case is in serious jeopardy of falling apart. However, with unexpected help from angelic spiritual forces sent to help Lieutenant Guess fight against the forces of evil, the stage is set, and the battle is joined. The
earthly and spiritual battle between the forces of good and the forces of evil is truly underway. The main characters in the story are all part of a desperate game of life and death. As events unfold, we follow the mystery, suspense, and horror to its destructive climax.

American girl of Japanese ancestry.
Nomed Natas. As the story depicts this fictional character, Nomed Natas was the highest ranking demon in Satan's army of hell. He fled,however, after he failed to win the throne of hell from Satan in a war between the two that lasted one thousand, four-hundred and fourteen years. Nomed Natas' insatiable ambition for power, glory, and the very high opinion he has of himself- that is to say, his arrogance- caused him to believe that he could overthrow Satan and run the affairs of hell; he miscalculated. After he lost the war, he fled. Nomed Natas takes on the appearance of a middle age man with black purplish tented hair and a tannic complexion that doesn't somehow look quite natural. However, he is prosperous as well as distinguished looking. Nomed Natas is of average weight and height. He always wears the same attire: a gray three piece suit with a black shirt, gray silk tie, gray shoes, and black socks. Ranking in power only after Satan himself, Nomad Natas is the second most powerful demon in the universe. Persons or parties interested in reading the actual screenplay, please click here
